We began packaging our fish for retail in 2013 for HISBE, an ethical supermarket in Brighton, and since then we have grown to supply a selection of delicatessens, farm shops and independent grocery stores, as well as a number of award-winning online retailers. Our subtle, no-nonsense packaging lets the fish do the talking and all packs are supplied barcoded. All portions are size-matched for easy pricing and even cooking times.

Where does our wild-caught fish come from?  

All of our flat fish such as Plaice, Dover Sole, Lemon Sole, Brill and Turbot come from small local day boats from Brighton and the surrounding south coast, using low impact fishing methods. Our Monkfish, Octopus, and Sardines always come from small day boats in Cornwall. 

Our white fish predominantly comes from Peterhead market in Scotland, which is handpicked by our expert buyers and is all from MSC-certified sources. Peterhead recently became the first port to receive 'Responsible Fishing Ports Scheme' certification. 

What we can do for you?

We are big enough to deliver but small enough to be flexible. Our vans and couriers go out on delivery every day and we can explore bespoke options to get our fresh packaged fish to you when you need it. Our minimum order value is just £125.

Our product range includes an extensive selection of white and oily fish, RSPCA-approved Scottish Loch Duart Salmon and Chalk Stream Trout, Organic Cornish Rope Grown Mussels, dressed crabs and crab meats (all freshly picked by hand and unpasteurised), prawns, and a large range of smoked fish.

We make our own range of award-winning smoked fish pates and have a wide range of convenience-led ‘oven-ready’ and 'pack to pan' marinated fish dishes in recyclable trays. The convenience sector is experiencing rapid growth and we are filling a gap in the market for premium, ethically-sourced fish 'meals in minutes'. 

We have recently launched a range of premium frozen fish, in 95% compostable packaging, which has been welcomed by our customers as their shoppers are increasingly becoming more eco-conscious.
