From shore to door, our home delivery service means you can order our fresh, sustainably-sourced fish from the comfort of your home.

Our fish will arrive packaged and will carry a minimum three days shelf life from delivery. All products can be frozen on the day of delivery and kept frozen for up to three months, at a temperature below -18 degrees. To defrost simply leave in the fridge overnight and cook the next day.

 All our fresh fish fillets are vacuum packed and each pack contains two fillets or portions unless stated otherwise.

SUBSTITUTIONS

From time to time we may substitute your product, due to our sustainability & sourcing policy sometimes means the fish was not available from our carefully selected fishermen and coastal suppliers. Rest assured the substitute will always be the best like for like or better

DELIVERY SCHEDULES

Our deliveries can arrive at any point in the day, and will usually be delivered between 8am and 4pm. While we cannot guarantee a specific slot in the day, we will always do our best to accommodate morning or afternoon requests so do get in touch or leave us a note if you have a preference. If we can't deliver at a time that suits you, leave us a note of where it can be left in your absence (either with a neighbour, in a cool box, in a safe place)

WHEN TO ORDER FOR DELIVERY:

LOCAL DELIVERIES & DELIVERY FEES 

We offer FREE Local deliveries to postcodes within an approx. 5 miles radius of our Haywards Heath and London Store for orders over £40. 

For orders under £40 a £12.95 delivery fee will apply.

WE ONLY DELIVER TUESDAY TO FRIDAY

NATIONAL DELIVERY

For any orders outside of this local area, do not worry! We can deliver to you free too, for only £60 minimum spend. These will also arrive on either Tuesday to Friday via overnight courier. A delivery fee of £12.90 applies to orders below £60.
